Him and Ben Turner are looking good. Cracking pair of signings.
Turner has been the revelation of the classics season, heās been up there in just about every race heās ridden
Building a decent wee classics team.
Most unlike Ineos/Sky
I like Adam Blythe. Even more so now.
Really enjoying his commentary this season
I canāt watch that clip on my workās computer, but Iām starting to change my mind about RE & slowly warming to him. I liked the way he worked for Julian Alaphilippe the other day & G & Luke Rowe seem to like him in their Watts Occurring podcast.
(My opinion may change again when I get home & watch your clip )
He needs to learn a bit more bike handling judging by yesterday where he didnāt seem to have the confidence to ride a narrow strip of ācomfortableā road and chose to sit on the cobbles on his own on one climb at least.
I did like the story about why Adam Blythe finally got chucked off the British Cycling Squadā¦deliberately farting loudly while getting Italian lessons
.
RE isnāt helped by the hype machine, which wasnāt helped by Lefevre picking him as GC rider for the Giro last year as his first race back after that awful crash. Talk about setting someone up to fail
I know heās still young but he really does have to knuckle down or heāll end up wasting that talent.
Iāve heard that a good 3 or 4 times. Makes me laugh every time.
What a way to be remembered, never mind his cycling palmarĆØs
Think there might be a one-day race on today, sadly Iāll have to record the last three plus hours as weāre off out visiting pubs
Wifeās away to work, dogs are all walked, been out for a ride.
Plan for the rest of the day is watching this whole race!
212km to go, Iāll be murdered if i settle down to watch it from now .
Love Mag Bās insights.
Echelons
That could be that for the second group
Luke Rowe needs to start bossing the other teams into taking a turn.
Lot of free rides being given out at the moment
