Men’s race time 2hrs 21 in the YouTube stream for Mikas crash aftermath. He looked pretty battered.
When I did it two years ago there was an ambulance on that decent, its dark covered by trees and hard to see obstacles, an AGer had a bad accident, Mika Noodt was the same spot, although I have no idea what happened.
Its a great event, lovely swim and run, the bike is beautiful but sketchy in a few places and its not only about your bike skills but the others on course, more so on the second lap.

Just caught up with the men’s race from WTCS London - jeez, that run course is depressing. They didn’t even go down onto the dockside once!

Yeah a run around a big grey car park. Surprised London has chosen that as the image it wants to present to the world, and that World Triathlon tolerates it

Yer at least the old course ran around the docks twice, it’s just grim

She’s probably 1:45 on a good course.
