Still working on my pull-ups, push-ups and planks. Find whilst doing a basic plank the time goes very slow, so been following this YT film. Definitely helps the time go faster
Also been doing some strength work to help with my pull-ups. For push-ups I’m up to 3x10.

Got after this today !
Start the clock … 5 under arm pull ups rest … 5 over grasp pull ups repeat
Chin over the bar
Arms straight at the bottom
It’s hardly Olympic lifting, no technique just dogged determination.
100 required.

Best is 12 ish mins a few years ago, so not too bad.
Anyone near 100 kilos or pipe cleaner arms I’d go with sets of 3, for 30?

There was a guy on a box next to me, ( arms don’t straighten ) he was doing more reps than me.
Stick at it, it just clicks all of a sudden.

I need to give this a go. Just to be clear, what is the challenge? How many strict pull ups (over hand) can you do to till fatigue in one go?

The goal is 10, which is probably too easy for you. Maybe we need to add some weight to you

Haven’t quite done a max rep effort yet. But did 8 x 3, supersetted with seated shoulder press at 35kg. Pull ups have come on a load recently! I used to struggle with 4 a couple of months ago.

Used one of the new band things to help on the pull up front last night
Very careful not to allow the stretched band to slip and whack me in the goolies a la a thousand clips on Reels/Tiktok
