I’m a stud obvs, but even I would consider that a bit of a challenge.
Breeding is so 20th century. Given that everyone is so sure they don’t have the genes they can tell us which ones they are missing, we’ll just snip those genes off Kipchoge’s hair and insert them through a viral vector. Covid-23, the Sub3 variant.
I think we saw from @funkster , that the reality is they’re not - as the rules around the costume actually make it much harder than it “looks”.
I like your use of this in relation to your racehorse comment above
I think racehorse still do the dutty? Don’t they?
That’s not a case of gene editing etc.
Yeah but he chose a hard one with the daft footwear - though his nemesis tried to circumvent that rule.
Take a look at some of them. Look at number 5 on the list towards the end.
A 3.19 in a loose fitting hospital gown and carbon running shoes!! Piece of piss.
Very much so, have Frankl (speedy flat race horse) cover your mare and you’re in deep, so to speak, £250,000 or thereabouts
And we thought trotters were going to be the worst of it
Willing to share a sign up link? Nothing coming up on search.
Yep. ‘Launching’ later today…
Yep, they’ll retire a very good colt long before they would stop winning races as they make more money for the owners at stud. Looking after stallions that cover mares can be a nightmare.
looks an interesting course…
Looks a great event/course.
She wasn’t as chirpy on the run as she was
on the bike .
Yeah but they bought it in Ironman Kona
… and it’s leading edge tech brah
I’d give him $300 but he’d have to promise to spend it on a new carpet.
What is the all stuff that plugs in to the grid on the hat? Some sort of freezer pack?
Nothing really. IIRC, these started off as a headband with the idea that the ‘grids’ just create more of a surface area for cooling.
Looks like that visor has some sticky pads for the grids to attach?
