Hip extension is one I always find an interesting one. Anatomically the hip extends very little, 10-15° IIRC. If you look at the pic of Mo, his femur isn’t especially extended relative to his pelvis. It appears the apparent extension is happening with contribution the pelvic rotation and in comparison to the pic below, lumbar lordosis.
