So far, my current takeaway is, if you are doing something seriously worry / inefficient then it might, big Might, help.

Small stuff, not likely to a help (much or at all.)

What happened to your body will find its own way to optomise for you, if you run enough?

i can’t see how if they don’t appear to understand running form…

it will optimise in the way that you run, for sure, but that might not be the most optimal way for you to run…

There is a common theme, lots of limbs far behind the, I always forget… centre of mass, cog, from the centre line.
