There is a less than zero chance I’ll be do any racing. Calves are all tight after pushing it to a 10km plod on Sunday. But it’s progress.

That hamstring stetch sorted out my constant tight calves after running. 10 mins while watching the tv every evening.

Arse stays on the floor and try and get it closer to the wall as the days go on. Zero chance I’ll ever be able to get it to full 90 degrees!
