Sub 9 Hour Journey

I think he’s in 5th overall AG with a few minutes on the guy behind him. 4km to go.

Through 38.2km in 2h56. :muscle:

If the 38.2km marker is in the right spot, and the run course is exactly 42.2km, then Chris is on for about 9h03 ?

Amazing stuff

Would like to know how it felt running down and passing Pete Jacobs?!

Not sub 9 but an incredible performance and result.

Well done Chris. :sunglasses:

I trawled back through this thread for your first post on it.

Looks like a HUGE PB on the bike.

S – 49:35
T1 – 3:13
B – 4:53.01
T2 – 2:08
R – 3:15:07
T – 9:03:05

But @jeffb puts your overall result in context.

Which leads back to these posts.

A PB on the run (?) with the training restrictions you have is truly epic.

Chapeau!

Cheers, Paul.
