Best of luck runners!

@Tupperware what’s your bib number?

Do we have any numbers?
And ETAs?

I’ll be up at Charing Cross before 10 and until 3. Likely pop into the Chandos if it’s reopened and the Porterhouse will likely have finishers in.

Great quality women’s elite field, but there’s not very many of them :man_shrugging:

The fast girls are up the road in one little group and the would-be Olympic qualifiers behind in another group

Lots of people with race numbers at Charing Cross at 09:45. They need to get a shift on!

One of my club got across the start line 36s past the hour (!)

Good luck to the TT massive!

No IM kit today but I have the rather brightly coloured Cinelli musette

Currently following Alice Wright. Former Worcester AC runner ( we trained together briefly until she got too good; which happened around the age of 14/15!!) she is after Olympic qualification. She needs 2:26; just though 15k on schedule. Common’ Alice!!!

Doesn’t look like any of the Brit ladies going to break the qualifying time which is a shame

Bit late, but 39341 :joy:

Pretty good conditions and the crowds were awesome as usual. Kept the pace pretty consistent until the last couple of miles, but just a gradual fade.

Felt a bit left out without wearing Alpha 3s :joy:

Nice one!

3:18 for me, steadily paced (slight -ve split), engine great but 10 days cycling in Mallorca (flew back Weds) dented the legs a bit.

Happy with race and performance, enjoyed the day.

Well done both! :clap::clap:

My Strava feed is a depressing reminder of how wrong my injuries and running has gone.
Not least with the chap I used to skip round parkrun with week after week within a second of each other.

He’s just posted a 2:32 :see_no_evil:

KB manged 2:43 as well!

My feed has been full of people doing it today as well, usual mix of some good performances and happy people and a couple that didn’t have such good days. Sadly someone I know had to pull out around 24K with hammy problems.
