Although Froome got done a few years ago for taking a gel on a final climb from Richie Porte. So I think they apply it more broadly than that.
I’m not positive it’s actually right, but it is what the rule says as opposed to interpreted, we also don’t know if the commissaires haven’t changed the km here, but there’s no way they’re taking it away if he wins.
