He’s right though. My scales just output that as standard! So not further work required.
22.8 BMI as of this morning.
Or alternatively 2.48 cm/kg or 0.403 kg/cm

66.1 not meaningless to me personally, especially as I’m injured at the moment
Must be dehydration as I ate quite a bit of chocolate cake yesterday with the stress of the boss driving from Tring to the Southern Uplands in a crazy blizzard arriving at 0200 this AM!
75.7 - down 400g, still heading in the right direction, would be up for elimination in the biggest loser house I guess.
BMI - 23.8
Evening weigh in 81.8kg 20.4%BF
23.7 BMI…which means not much to me.” Other than it’s between 23 and 24.
100.9 KG this morning, a big drop for me in the past few weeks
Surprising given how little I have been able to exercise while my stress fracture clears up.
Careful calorie tracking plus quitting meat and dairy seems to be working for me.
66.0 for two days running now, will that magical figure of a sub-66 be achieved by tomorrow AM, hmmmm, jury’s out.
For the stattos, 2.61cm/kg and BMI 22.2
81.5kg 19.6%BF
Maybe I’m just seeing what I want to see, but I think I seeing a positive trend over the last three months.
Three months to gain a kilo of muscle and lose a kilo of fat, well maybe not that positive then.
65.8, yayyyy, mission accomplished.
Now to birthday debauchery, no more weigh-in for a while, cheerio!
69.9…
After a huge valentines meal…!?
I thought run speed had improved…!
Is that a euphemism?
Fluctuating nicely between 69.5 and 70.5kg depending on time of day etc.
No Quorn pie.
That’s definitely a euphemism.
Mrs does lent every year, I rarely do it but we have both decided to do no alcohol for it, I’ve been contemplating dropping alcohol from my diet for a while now so should see my weight drop a fair bit. I reckon a good stone will go.
Oh fook! 2 weeks of minimal exercise and comfort eating resulting in 96.9kg (from 94.5kg)
87.1, I think that’s up about 300gm
70.5.
As others have said a lone weight doesn’t really mean anything to the tri talk massive!?
However I am maintaining a light, workable average weight with very slight improvements in bike and swim.
I know that at 69-70 kg I can make the most of my limited run speed, I expect to put weight on this week… recovery week… but I’m guessing most of us have a plan?!
Watch the pancakes!!!
I’ll be watching them … disappear off my plate into my cakehole!!! I bleddy loves pancakes!
