Well, I’ve stopped the upward trend I suppose, 97.3kg, same as last week.

Forgot this morning, will weigh tomorrow.

back up to 69Kg this morning after a few beers and a curry on sat pm… that’s the last fortnight’s loss wiped out… :unamused:

89kg.
0.5 off last week
Focus on nutrition, hydration and a mini-taper this week.

71 for me, after three bedwatches drinking my body weight in coffee this weekend I’m pleased with that.

Heading down to near the race in a bit, have a look tomorrow.

Was going to take my bike, but just going to drive it now.

97.3kg again, that’s 3 weeks on the trot and I did 8hrs training last week.
I think a couple of weeks food logging on MyFitnessPal is required as a bit of a wake-up call.

96.7kg - didn’t have a particularly good week but I’ll take anything at the moment, first time weight has gone down since holiday mid August.

This week of recovery has had a lot of cake involved😅

Yeah we have a fair bit of birthday cake left. Be a shame to see it go to waste. Even if it is crap! :joy:

Have you tried lightly toasting it in under a grill and smearing it with Raspberry Jam? I’ve found this to be very successful in up-leveling crap cake.
