The 2020 weigh-in thread

80.9kg
21%BF

There was a line of text under my percentages telling me who I was most like

Dry January for me and going to take it through Feb as well. 3.5 kg off this month so far. Off bread and pasta too and eating plenty of protein and as much veg/salad as I can handle. I’m also sleeping better.
Shame I’m injured as I’d be dropping more but just doing loads of core to stop me from going mad.

68.8 Kgs so on the way down yay

23%BMI, 90%, 64%, Malawi… although I suspect that’s due to malnutrition and not triathlon and fell running!

86.9 this morning. That’s down 600gm on only 31km of running and Mrs FP’s forced feeding. Crazy!

I’m surprised it’s only 98% if you’re 64kg!

77.4kg - down just 100 bastard grams, I’m assuming that the lesser loss this week is down to the increase in muscle mass which is clearly heavier than the fat that was there previously - that’s this week’s excuse and I’m sticking to it…

Apparently my BMI is lower than 94% of other 45-49 males in the UK. I am most like someone from East Timor

On my way from work to the gym for a tempo run followed by hydro class…I am starving hungry.

I’ve only eaten a sausage sandwich, coffee, 2 toast and peanut butter, a latte, a chicken mayo sandwich, 32.5g salted crisps, 330ml 7UP and a litre of water, since breakfast.:sob:

71.6kg. Lightest I’ve been in a long while.

That’s pretty impressive for a January weigh in

@Matthew_Spooner The vegan thing is really working for me and I’m actually quite enjoying it. Just focussing on 3 good meals a day and cut out all the rubbish from my diet. Who knew that would work?

Not weighed myself this week yet but I can feel my trousers are a little looser. Hoping for a nice drop.

Try adding in some whole veggies/potatoes or at least something higher fibre and less calorie dense. Avoid adding salt and processed foods, drink plenty of water. Things like squash are massive in terms of fibre and very filling but low in calories, same with greens.

Hovering around 70kg at the moment depending on weighing time vs eating/training so around 3 down from 20 days ago. Clothing fitting a bit better and there’s definitely less “fluff” round the edges!

Only on Zwift:
