All good this morning. I seem to have a good tolerance when we just drink one bottle of wine at home.
I was way worse on Thurs after 4/5 (or was it 6) pub beers.

Big family get together this weekend. Way too many beers put away, my head is feeling very delicate

Same, although i promised my self i would be fully good i did have a drink but way less than normal and feel so much better for it.

Big night out for annual team do/retirement for a colleague that I recruited 18 years ago.
Started very civilised with an afternoon tea, ended up at midnight in karaoke
It’s going to be a while before I pluck up the courage to get up and run into Manchester to collect my car

Think I managed 15 or 16 dry days but cracked last week and have been back on the nightly cervezas this week. Only high class stuff you understand: Carlsberg, Fosters.
However I genuinely think I felt palpably better in training off the beers this time round so am feeling this real tension at the mo.
Enjoy beer in the evening Vs want to train and race ok
