Oh sorry, this thread is all about sleep.

How much do you get per 24hr period?

  • 4 or less
  • 5-6hrs
  • 7-8hrs
  • 9-10hrs
  • Some other option
  • I don’t sleep, I watch others while they sleep

Hmm the bounds on this poll could be ambiguous if you sleep between 4&5 hours, between 6&7 hours or between 8&9 hours.

I reckon an average of 8 hours 45 mins and so have ticked 9-10, because 9 is closer than 8

Should I have ticked 7-8? :sleeping:

Suppose could have ticked “some other option” but that doesn’t really feel like the spirit

I love polls for this reason alone!

I’m not allowed to change the poll so:

Yes, as per the other thread prefer 8-9 myself, although I’m not sure I get that regularly during the week, depends how quickly I get back to sleep after my midnight trip :roll_eyes:

I like sleep. Just can’t do it. Can’t get to sleep, wake up frequently.

Pretty sure it’s because I’m a tortured genius. They can never sleep.
