I have!

Raced on Wednesday, and still feel shattered… so not expecting too much.

So they run through the night, at 2000m+ altitude? By choice? Humans eh.

Something’s up with the tracker. It has him at 20km and 2.5jhrs but he’s been going for 6.5hrs

61km in and over the 3rd mountain after 13.5 hrs according to the tracker

Withdrawal at Courmayeur I am sorry to say - absolutynothing left after 50 miles - could give a lot of whys and wherefores but ultimately comes down to lack of fitness I think and perhaps also failure to do more specific training for my A Race

Not totally gutted - still 50 miles under the belt with newly 5000m of climbing and descending

Further race report to follow in due course in case it helps anyone else think about this or any of the other races in UTMB week

Sorry to hear that mate but glad to hear you are looking at it positively. Can’t wait to hear your report but right now, rest up, eat up, soak in the atmosphere and be proud. :+1:

Three women from my tri club relaying across the channel. I think they started around 2am

Edit. They’re out in about 13 hours. Very decent swim from all three of them

looks like North Coast has tracking for 110 mile and 110km.

Bib 121 for me.

Tracker makes it look like every one is having a relaxing pre-race drink in the hotel bar.

Have a good race!

Kamleika or Halo jacket?

Omm would be fine for that (don’t know what the Halo is though tbf :joy:).

OMMs lighter version of the Kamlieka (10k HH)

I’d chuck the Kam in still. It gets blowy up there, and it’s not exactly a heavy jacket.
