Have to say the stream is not as good as last year in terms of a jerky feed - I guess there are more people watching . latency etc .

So many US runners run with handheld bottles. I have never used them but I would have thought that they are so much less efficient than running with the bottles in a pack?

Yeah I was watching earlier where an entourage took up the whole line and didnā€™t quite spoil it for the guy behind (from Ireland) but was pretty close.
