Good luck, Doug ![]()
RoF is round the Anglesey coast path, no mountains but lots of up and down.
Ooo nice - enjoy Doug.
Go get it Doug ![]()
Good to see you psyching the opposition out with your 200 mile T shirt ![]()
Agggh early start.
Might join you on one or two next year. Hate and are terrible on the down hills, I need to learn that skill.
Go well.
If you didn’t have enough tracking action on the weekend, here’s my contribution.

Hadn’t realised that was this weekend. Been totally out of the loop lately with my brain being full. Have fun, weather looks decent.
And best of luck Doug!
Yeah, it came around quick. I’m very underdone, so it will be a long hike! I’m at Mum’s and my sister is here, she is taking me in the morning because her SIL lives in Ivybridge and they are spending the day together.
So,for once, I get driven home after a long hard race, bloody luxury

Have fun @FatPom
That went as expected, dropped at CP1 (21km), didn’t have a lot and definitely should have been organised and dropped to the 30km.
The ‘wheels’ fell of big time and I was getting caught by the sweep. I’m in a pretty good place with it though.
I’m 12 hours into crewing for my son and his mate at a backyard ultra ( 4 mile loops ) near Nottingham. They originally planned to do 26 miles and tick off the marathon distance now nudging close to 50 miles at present with no intention to stop in the near future. Glad I packed my sleeping kit.
@doug motoring on
Now midnight and they are going for 60 miles.

Knee problems meant I was slowing down so much id miss the next cutoff

Sorry to hear that Doug. Still a bloody long way. ![]()
