The red/green/yellow/amber still shows for sessions and their completed-ness.
I liked the fact rest days were grey, as you could clearly see the session on a given day was optional as the grey armchair above it was indicating a rest day.
Glad it’s not just me who dislikes it. It feels so much busier.
I get the accessibility issue but there is so many other solutions. I did see a while back they were hiring a UX Designer, so have been optimistically waiting to see what they’d be changing. This was not what I’d hoped.
Also, is it just me or can they fix the height of the workout cards or something? There is no consistency. I prefer the compact view of the cards but then you lose the detail in the summary part.
dunno. There are a few people in the comments asking with no responses yet.
I thought it would be a bigger issue than it is. If you are flying solo it isn’t a problem really but I imagine it is if you are a coach with multiple athletes.
Still was an utterly stupid decision to change it based on some idiots thinking the colours were for intensities.
What do you guys do for swim?
I press LAP so it records rest but when it uploads it only gives total swim time not inc rest.
Does this not mess with TSS?
Swim TSS is shit. WKO4/5 calculates it differently to TP. basically TP takes into account rest, WKO5 uses total time as it says this is more realistic as rest comes into work load. Yet another reason i take the metrics with a pinch of salt and use them to guide not inform
Google seems to suggest sessions in training peaks don’t sync to polar devices like the way they automatically do to garmin. Anyone able to confirm or add about suunto etc, or are we all purely in the garmin universe?
