Got my Strava training recap for November, less than half of October in hours! Although it did include travelling back from America, taking it easy, no training because of the cold I had etc.

Needed an easier month anyway. This month will probably be higher with being off work for nearly 2 weeks over Christmas.

Was a bit afraid of showing off or collapsing, will tri harder.

Picked up 1 tri curious woman.

In the gym for 04:30 (in the a.m., with a Peter Kay voice).

Minus 3. Horrific.

Anyway, 5.5k row, 3 sets each of weighted bridges, calf raises and military raises.

Sacked off my run window once home as it’s cold AF outside and nice and toasty inside - Mrs has gone out and I had planned to turbo but I’m thinking I might just watch a shit film and sink a couple of beers

Wife is sick so no training for me

1km run
60 metre simulated sled push
1km run
1000 metre row
1Km run
80 lunges with 20Kg weight
1Km run
80 wall balls (40+20+20) with 6Kg ball
All runs at 14kph
I’m slowly improving but my breath is still not quite right and I’m starting to realise how tough Hyrox is going to be.
Might have to start doing burpee broad jumps next week.

Frustrating isn’t it. The last two nights my hips have been more painful then ever. Very worrying!
