just did the Concept Workout of the Day (WOD) on the SkiErg - 1min/2/3/1/2/2 with 2 mins between. No easy bits.

Have barely moved a muscle since early December, when I got COVID. Still have a bit of a cough but feel OK in myself now, so I’ve arranged to do a hilly, muddy off-road 10km in the morning after a belly fully of Indian & cider tonight.
What could possibly go wrong😁

Well that was an hour of everything I hate about Zwift:

20mins trying to get logged in.
Missed group workout.
Calibration not working.
Alternate devices won’t pair properly.

New Year’s Day fell race for me, was feeling pretty sluggish so started steadily. It’s just shy of 8K but a few boggy bits.

Think I did a long 42, fairly sure I’ve done a 38 on a slightly longer version when I was a bit younger and (lot) fitter :rage:

Nice day for it though and better than staying in bed.

One hour very easy turbo in garage.
Never even got a sweat on.

Programme finished now, went a bit haywire in December but mostly got most stuff done.
Jan to March one will be more endurance based, I’m sick of doing press ups !
