Have barely moved a muscle since early December, when I got COVID. Still have a bit of a cough but feel OK in myself now, so I’ve arranged to do a hilly, muddy off-road 10km in the morning after a belly fully of Indian & cider tonight.

New Year’s Day fell race for me, was feeling pretty sluggish so started steadily. It’s just shy of 8K but a few boggy bits.
Think I did a long 42, fairly sure I’ve done a 38 on a slightly longer version when I was a bit younger and (lot) fitter
Nice day for it though and better than staying in bed.
