I’ve sworn at mine on quite a few times when it says I’m going slow than I think I am :joy:

Thanks @Mungo2, I think!

To be fair, I’ve always enjoyed getting up early. And with a highly demanding job and young family, it’s early or not at all.

That said, compared to many on here (yourself included), it’s a token effort. I couldn’t dream of doing an IM. Let alone more than one a year.

7 degrees. Literally ran in the middle of the road the entire time. Didn’t see a soul.

If I wasn’t knackered, it would have been great!

I think mine is trying to tell me it doesn’t like swimming. That, or it’s suicidal and wants to end it all by drowning.

That family will grow and your job will get easier ( I hope)
I certainly was a compliment, I could swim or do weights / circuit early

I couldn’t run or bike with any effort on a regular basis. You have the speed already, Ironman is just lots more at a slower pace.

Going to be another zero day today. It’s my Mum’s birthday tomorrow, so we’re off to Somt soon. Will get out in the morning though.

About to hop on TdZ Stage 2. This will be my longest ride in a long time. I know distance is a nonsense indoors but I mean in time. Probably going to be close to 2 hours for me.

Busy day for me:

Filthy Parkrun, walked to the LBS, spotted the car had a flat tyre. Drove it to Kwik Fit then had planned on walking home but got a call from the Mrs saying she had forgotten her door key :upside_down_face: so then had to jog home in my sivvies (3km) Missed my planned Zwift ride so did the tiny races instead, mini cool down then jog back to the car.

Time for a couple of beers now :beers::sweat_smile:

Apologies for spamming your Strava feeds
