I did another one of the Norseman workouts on zwift. Enjoying them so far. Dialed up the cool down for some more IMish power riding. Then tried a 15 sec max, intrigued as to how it would look after an hour session. Pretty crap is the answer!
Was gonna try a 1min max as well. But gave up after 30 secs! A lot harder to put out big Watts in the dumbo trainer. Feel horrible. Good job I donât ever need to do that!
Saturday Barbell METCON, working on clean and jerks, with a particularly rough conditioning workout. I was soaked to the skin by the end. Then jumped on the erg bike for 20km average 200w. Nothing impressive. Sunday did a nice long stretch session and did a 21.5km run at 5min kms, my longest run since March '22 becuase of the various injuries. Groin survived!

I had awful jelly legs starting but 92 in 6: 30 ish today.
90 degrees squat ( l00) before the tucks too, so legs are in a mess.
Going to alter the order slightly and try and get under 35 on weds in a pt session, itâs heavy work.

Just noticed the stitching that holds the ratchet strap of my SPDs has come away and its quite literarily hanging on by a thread. Wonder I can repair that as the rest of the shoes are in great condition
