Hope you’re feeling better soon!
Cheers Jeff, I don’t feel ‘sick’ anymore, just drained and tired
Overreached a bit today.
Last week I did 1 x 10 mins / 2 x 5 mins @ 10mph on the treadmill
Got on today motivated to do at least the same
1 x 12 mins /1 x 8 mins @ 10mph
My legs are not happy
Get well soon
You will lose nothing in a week, possibly even do most of us good
Well I’ve had some decent sleep that’s for sure. Napped during most of yesterday, watched a bit of tv here and there. Fell asleep at 9:30 last night, woke up for ten minutes this morning at 8:30. Slept until 1, staving and thirsty now!
I had possibly my worst cold/ flu ever 3- 4 weeks ago.
Like you I was forced to rest and eat lots, seen some stuff in the last 8-10 days that I haven’t done for a few years, you ll be flying in a month
It’s beer o’clock when I say it is
#AlwaysFiveOClockSomewhere
90mins 29km mud fest “gravel” ride
I thought you were getting beer? Looks like someone has given you a San Miguel!
Agreed, gutter level larger. I’d rather a Fosters or Carling.
Rest day, don’t think I’ve had a complete one since Christmas.
Calf’s are also feeling a bit sorry for themselves after a massage and I’ve also got college.
This is actually harder than training
you deserve a slap for even mentioning those 2!
3 hours static bike today
Spin class this morning
1000 cal bike challenge this afternoon, really trying to work in zone 2 which has given rewards later down the line previously.
Some good scores n the last few days, probably as it’s over 3 weeks since my last drink, I don’t care what anyone says giving up drink long term makes you faster.
That said would I give up drink forever to come ? Places higher in an ancient age group … lol… no chance.
Stick at it.
3 swims inside 7 days for me
That enough for the year, yes?
Could not be arsed today. Legs felt tired but mostly while its great having weights and a power rack in the garage, its not great when its -2.
Will have to double dip tomorrow.
I’d genuinely take Fosters over San Miguel. Both are awful, mind.
Similar here. 4 days consecutive running and I was feeling it today, so took a rest day.
If I ran for four days on the bounce I’d be scared of getting injured, I guess we’re all very different though
Definitely pushing my luck with the hips. I really need to get on the turbo but the thought of staying in the garage for an hour isn’t pleasant!
Possibly my biggest static bike total this month for a long long time 20% of it turbo
But in exactly the same position here… Baltic in the garage.
