Also need to get my bike fixed. Brakes aren’t happy, and haven’t really been since last summer on the Canyon. Need to actually get it down to the LBS, again, instead of just thinking about it! :man_facepalming:t3:

Like you, I just brought my swimming kit upstairs for the 1500-1530 session, but then noticed it’s coldAF outside and I CBA walking there and back for a 25 minute swim.

Errr nope.

Cost vs reward ratio. I hate mechanical stuff and I have a proven track record of making things worse! So it just costs me more in teh long run. I’m properly cack handed. No matter how hard I try, the neurons seem to think it’ll be a laugh to just fire whenever they feel like it! :joy:

I think he said it may be new calipers or some jazz. Plus one bike shop in the town went under this month. I don’t want the same to happen to my mate. #supportlocal innit (cos I don’t buy any bike stuff off him cos it’s too expensive compared to online! :man_facepalming:t3::joy:).

Trouble with swimming is it’s bloody expensive for what it is!

Nowadays it’s a cheap unlimited shower though? Not that I ever go swimming these days either.

Not that I’ve been since the start of November…next swim is going to be Ā£102 :rofl:

Actually…I swam at the pool 40 times last year.

£34 * 12 months / (40 swims + 4 core sessions) = £9.27 per swim :open_mouth:

I should really cancel that, or go swimming more

I’m not a fan of proper swimming as it is … if you think i’m jumping in and doing an hour in the sea right now you’re mental! :rofl:

Once it warms up a bit and i can actually be bothered, then all my swims will be in the sea.

Haha - i’m lucky. I’m still on an old tariff until May, so my showers are ā€˜normal’ price. Actually they’re pretty cheap with the Gov discount.

150 bpm av got me 2.78 miles, this is a break threw run.
