16.5 hours
Two long static bikes.
Watts were good in the first hour then died …
One long treadmill run, one wet run outside.
Started intervals… bike
Run next week.
Keeping the boxing going this year!

7 runs and a swim here
Will dig the bike out in the Spring. Maybe.
My 5km, 10km and Mara are a decade old, when I was 69.7kg and supple, doing 3 core sessions per week.
All set as multi sport.
HM PB was indeed 2019, at ~80kg (177.4lbs) in Nike 4%.
Anywho…TRAINING!!!
4 swims, 10.7km, 2hrs 51mins
(3 CSS/kick focussed club swims)
3 rides, 117km, 5hrs 22mins
(One outdoor TT at 220NP, one hilly, one indoor spinning)
4 runs, 31km, 2hrs 35mins
(Erm??? All easy-ish. Short and long and in between)
10hrs 48mins
751TSS
Pretty easy week.
Looking towards some better weather next week (we’ve had thick fog and frost this weekend)
More of the same really! But hopefully nail some run sessions properly.
13hrs 14min for me
4 x bike
4 x run
3 x swim
2 x S&C work
Good week, and finally a bit of outside time!
Managed 2 Wattbike sessions today adding up to about 1:15, second one was 2*15 minutes as I was pressed for time.
Did about 4 runs this week, 2 swims and 2 short goes on the rowing machine.
Feeling a bit fresher this week.
Jeff
Up to 3 runs for me, 32.7k.
14km tonight.
First time I’ve felt something approaching normal for weeks. Unfit, but finally not feeling ill…cue a new illness to be thrown into the mix by the lite ones this week!
Just under 10.5 hours this week.
3 swims
3 days biking
3 days running. Let my running slip a bit. Had too little time to run on Tuesday and only managed a 15 minute jog. Skipped my long run on Wednesday, opting for a lie-in and fry up instead, also chopped my planned hour today in half as I was feeling a bit sore
Yeah, pretty easy week. Breaking tradition no weekend long ride for me… seen plenty of moaning about how cold it was and people coming off this weekend!
I’m no better today, in fact worse. Having a sickie
Rest up then mate.
Tour de Zwift stage 2 long. Didn’t look that long when I was 25/34k through. Those last 7km are all uphill and took forever!!!
2 Swims - 2hrs - 4400m
4 Bikes - 3.5hrs - 97km (+2 days commuting - 1hr - 22km)
2 Runs - 1:40 - 16km
Laptop crapped out halfway through one turbo session but was able to finish just using watch as on dumb trainer with power meter now. Then yesterday battery in P2M went but did the session using power from turbo via Kinetic app on phone. So far not regretting switch back to dumb trainer.
Ps. Can’t find anywhere in Worcester that sells a CR2450 battery so got to wait fro delivery from Ebay!
Just waiting for @Jorgan to come along and mention Assioma’s
45 minutes strength and core this morning.
5 hrs total last week, aiming for 5 hours again this week.
No ride outdoors last week, hoping the weather is better next weekend or it’ll all be Wattbike sessions again.
They’re great
Timpsons sell CR2450 batteries. I still have my P2Max sat in the garage; any offers?
Had to lower myself to using the Nuffield in central Birmingham today, with it’s poorly lit pikey 20m pool; fitness suite also not up to Bristol standards.
You know the old saying ‘feed a cold to starve a fever’. Does that work?
5x5 weights lunchtime.
Virtual 40km TT in 1h05 evening.
No
Could be in a spot of bother then
