12km 63min jog.
6km up. Like, UP!
2km across, 4km down.
Grim
@fruit_thief - Don’t worry, I gave up comparing my training to others on TT many years ago.
Despite some keyboard warriors dissing on me
Decent for me. Second century of the year and not even training for anything.
Obligatory full fat coke stop/selfie at the village shop.
Colour of you, was it a Zwift Century?
160.9km on mine. So missing 34m
Pretty decent. But why stop there?
Turn round and do it again
Coz it’s windy now and I hate the wind.
Also CBA
Seems the day for Centruries
Took the whole day off yesterday as I felt like garbage.
First hour today felt meh and top was soaked through, but got to refuel stop (1:50 in) chucked a Monster in the bottle and chugged a litre of water.
Couple of sweaty/muggy hours later and back to the smaw Co-Op. Little break and a meal deal.
Last 90 mins got warm as the sun came out but made it home and not feeling as bad as I’ve have done the last few weeks.
OW swim (second swim of the year ) on top of century ride.
6 hour training day
Sun went down an hour ago, it’s still 40C
Few obstacles in the pool tonight so will save smashfest for another day.
edit: 1500m steady, 28m02s
20 minute steady treadmill run earlier. Absolute sweat box.
Tonight, 4x500m swim. Completely detonated after the first 2 reps. Had to just get through it.
Had friends over for a bbq and drank lots of wine.
That’s training, right?
If it was I’d be an Olympian.
I was inspired to drive to the co op and buy a 4 pack. Legs done in last few days - my body is mercurial to say the least
Wilmslow Parkrun.
Slow one today, 13th in 19:50, but as always, I expect at least 20 seconds to be added to that by the time keepers
Felt fairly easy, but my legs would not move quicker after a 70km running week, plus ~70km of ambling around and walking.
5hr drive yesterday, then up at 5am cleaning the oven, taking down curtains and filling holes (snarf!)
Right, off to Leeds for a gig now
Did you talk about sport? I think that counts
Very easy and tired 6.2km 32min jog around Leeds.
Difficult city to run in!
The river/canal is blocked off at loads of “private” places and the road network just crosses the city
Get this.
I went outside, on my road bike.
And, even more far fetched, I quite enjoyed it.
Time?
Speed ?
Pic ?
If your really keen watts, cadence and one of those TSS graphs no one really understands !
Well done!
Raining here.
