E116 is terrible 25 on front ( easy ish )
The rear is a nightmare 25 does go on but it’s very very close … I take your point I wouldn’t fancy changing a puncture in a race there
E119 tri I’ve done my last 4 ? races on
28 mm GP 5000”s zipp disc Xentis front no issues.
I have 4? Unused 23 mm tyres two are gp 5000”s
I really should put them on eBay, I wouldn’t use 23 mm or lower anywere other than Oulton or a perfect surface race track.
Personally “big “ tyres are essential now, the roads are so grim
Had a fairly big week last week with 2 races and about 50km of running
Unfortunately hip is not entirely happy about it, aching again. It had been so good up until this week. Looks like I’m not completely out of the woods yet which is a shame.
edit: I’m not sure if it’s running that’s doing it, or hip impingement on the P2 with 175mm cranks, or maybe both
An unusual week, started well ( 3 k swim, hyrox sim, 30 min bike power test all with good results) but then it all got too much even a sports massage didn’t help

Bike went ok, run… the worst run I have ever done, I even changed t mills as that one was obviously broke … new one same speed same incredibly high hr ?!?

About 10 hours again this week for me, had the best of intentions for a decent run and possibly a Zwift today but have been fairly tired so fairly minimal effort really.
90 minutes of swimming
Rest was a fairly even split between cycling and running, bumped by a 2 hour outdoors ride yesterday. Hip\leg was a bit tight this morning so could do with getting more time outdoors.
Also had a few harder sessions, 3 Zwift races albeit fairly short ones and the parkrun yesterday.
Most of this weeks running will be on the event next weekend.
Thursday 13k bimble up the Glyders and Tryfan
Friday nowt other than a couple of easy walks, legs feeling the after effects of Welsh mountains
Saturday 6k easy run with zl
Sunday 5k easy run with zl
Monday am 6k easy run with zl
Monday pm 25mins TRX and plyometrics
