Fecking river crossing was closed.

Cycled in early, testing the air for whether commuting is back in, ended up arriving late after adding half an hour to the journey.

18min swim at lunchtime. So stressed with work I got confused with timing of my next meeting and got out half an hour early…

Cycled home, now I have to fecking drive to pick up my eldest from a concert!

Where is my fucking beer!?

Gym first thing.

10 minute row, then 2 sets of banded clamshells, banded bridges, sumo squats, deadlifts, calf raises and ab cycle.

No trains for me today.
I might have to do some actual training :joy:

I’m counting helping the wardrobe fitter as strength training yesterday, combined with significant vert up and down the stairs!

Oh. Scratch that.
I got a puncture on the two minute ride home from the station last night, so that needs fixing :joy:

Training time = gone.

I’m taking out a subscription this week for @Jorgan’s functional gym.

Got a nice pile of logs to split and store. Though the branches weren’t very big, so some may not need splitting at all (though it’ll obvs help with seasoning).

Are you saying he has to do it again?

I don’t think @gingerbongo was anticipating reps at Jorgan’s Gym

This was just Mrs GB tidying them up after tree guys came yesterday. She likes things neat and tidy despite me telling her I’d need to pull them all back down to split them! :joy:

I’ll split them over the next few days, then build a log store for them to go in, wherever we decide to put that. Does look quite nice in that gap, but yeah, needs a pallet and an airy back and sides to allow air circulation.

Might put it elsewhere in the end. Not sure yet.

I’ve got one of those too. All the dead an decaying branches nicely stacked up in a shady spot

Managed to get out on the bike for an easy 45K spin tonight, nice evening despite a bit of a breeze although the sun was low in a couple of places so I had a slight route change.

Also did a 2K brick just to start to get the legs used to it, I think they were shocked :joy:
