They literally drive on the pavement and it’s bad form to stop for a pedestrian in any vehicle I think.

I was running in Thailand earlier this year, it was all fine. Thai massage on the other hand, that put me in hospital. I knew I was in trouble when she climbed up on the massage table and started walking on me :joy:

2 x sets of db Arnold press, bb bicep curls, banded clamshells, banded and bb bridges, kb deadlifts, side planks.
