Grav hour of power this eve as eldest has started her new swim training session. It’s a brutal start to the run when I head east on the coast path though! Was originally going to stick to the flat as I’m still snotting a lot of thick mucus post cold. But thought f that. Let’s hit the hills!
Then, as it was a big spring ride id promised my daughter we coukd pop to the flooded estuary paths. She’s been jealous since I showed her photos the last time we ran/waded/seam down there. Got pinched by a crab for the first ever time too!
Last big set today in the prep for next week, my coach called this the ultimate bric no k exercise.

In the end 12km of running with an average run pace of 3:44 and 74km of cycling in 2hours.
Broken looking forward to easing into this week confident I can stomach 90g of carbs per hour
Haven’t posted here since Dragonsback, been taking it easy and rehabbing my ankle slowly getting back into things and have even started swimming (slowly) again.
