12hrs 18min across swim, bike, run, pilates & a gym session. Not a lot of intensity, it was hard enough getting back into some sort of a routine.

Apologies, Iāve been absent and semi-lurking for the past few months. whoād of thought having three kids, a job and studying for a degree would leave me without tonnes of free time? Have I missed much? Anyone enter a tri?
Fitness has fallen off a cliff with a dangerous combo of canāt be arsed and more recently, bouncing from one illness to another. Anyway, Iām hoping to have turned a corner in having actually managed to scrape off the layers of clothes and dust on turbo and pushed the pedals for 30 minutes. It wasnāt pretty!

Iāve had a nice mix and feel good about my training this week.
Week in the office starting tomorrow so itās going to be hard to be consistent. Bed early tonight, only lifting tomorrow am so more easily achievable.
Strava says 5 hours 57 minutes here. Mostly steady running but some Zwift.

Aiming for an hour per day over the year, so will have to catch up somewhere, but not too disappointed with this for a cold week in Jan.

Not bad as the weather was awful most of the week and it was the first full week of work.
Two weeks of 70km of running (70.4km this week and 72km last week.)
1h15 easy run (13km) today and 92 minutes on the bike
6 hours, all on the bike. Still fighting off a cold so couldnāt get a long ride in today. Hopefully can up that a bit this week, and start getting my two runs in. ![]()

Squatting 55kg 3x8 itās feeling heavy this morning. Bench feeling it at 45kg 3x8. But no problem finishing.
Slept badly, woke unhappy, lifting made me more angry if anything. Calming down on the commuter trainā¦

pm 4k run - 1k warmup, 5 ālollipopsā (about 400m intervals) bailed on the 6th with a tight feeling behind the knee I didnāt want to aggravate, 1k jog home
Am featuring on early breakfast on R1 for a little feature so no morning swims this week.
