30 minute spin class first thing.
30 minutes of circuit training at lunch.
12 hours last week
Consistent now ( hope this continues)
2 hour bike, 1 x 10 k run 3 spin classes lots of hyrox stuff generally fitter and lighter now.
Came crashing down to earth in a sim yesterday with my race buddy who is racing in Spain on Saturday .. he really is in good shape now he proper tortured me for one whole hour .. I was clinging on for grim death at the end
I guess this is how you get fit again ?!?

Swam as to give my leg a morning off
Pull and Paddles - 4km pretty much continuous. Nice pace throughout. Splits are a mixture as I was avoiding a guy in the lane.

Got pushed by a colleague - on very tired legs after Saturday. Good that he was there to keep the pace up - had I been on my own I would have just bimbled along

Triple bike session today, 2.5 hours outside, then did 30 minutes on the gym Wattbike. Then decided to do two 5K TT’s on Zwift, not flat out but >=290W
Determined to get some form one way or another!
Outside for intervals today.
Only a few seconds per km difference and some slight inclines/declines was the difference between this week and last week. Felt so much harder this week

Well it seems as if there is some fitness building.
Normally the run home from work is quite painful due to fatigue, but today it wasn’t that bad at all. Had to stop to cough my lungs up, but other than that a half decent run
