MAF training continues with another big improvement. 2 weeks ago was my first sub hour MAF 10k. 59.50 @ 134bpm average.
Today did 57.40. @ 132bpm.
Zero training today!

A few Zwifts, two 14km runs and an easy 7km.
Cut the tip of my finger off, so no four hour ride today.
Had an awful nights sleep, as kept waking up in pain.
It’ll go in a few days, just nice and gentle until then.
