Ended up with 289 and 279 - I’m going to feel that tomorrow

45 mins on turbo garage this morning
1 hr on treadmill tonight (weather was shocking) - 15 easy, 30 mins hard, 15 cd
Supposed to do a strength workout this morning but lots of twinges in my back and hams last night. Got up and did a 40 minute yoga session instead. Feel so much better.
Feeling groggy this morning, not set up for my usual bike session. Slept very well by my standards and not had any alcohol for a few days so not sure if I’m heading for illness.
uggh, that was grim.
14kms, 1:18 at 5.33 pace, 127 vert. surprised at the pace because it felt like i was going backwards mostly!

I’m thinking today’s run session may get binned in favour of another turbo, yep lightweight!

Short sit ups …1170
Squat down to 90…1170
Press ups 468.
A touch over 2800 reps in 3600 secs ( one hour)
The “ elite “ at this are getting over 1 a second!
Stick at it.
That’s crazy, I’m happy doing 100 push ups over the course of the day!
Press ups were better today, working up to a max press ups in an hour attempt.
The limiter today was squats, felt ok but legs too stiff to move quickly.
Apart from the turbo this afternoon … not really got much else on these days!
I cant even comprehend. Do you do them in chunks, or you alternating every few reps??

Stand up 30 squats so bum touches bed, stand up straight, I put my arms out as if there are some aero bars there ( sad I know ) !
Fall flat 12 press ups
Back on bed repeat on a running clock, I mark my garmin ( blue book) with a tick for each set.
Add up totals at the end.
My mental health assessment is next week…

I’ve given the 500
500 of each of the exercises in half hour.
I’ve tried 28? Times and been successful twice, it’s one of my years targets, it’s the only one I know can happen due to the virus.
1500 reps in 1800 secs, to several prisoners who are into fitness, it fits well as they can do it in there cell, the gyms have been shut for nearly a year now and they have been locked up for 22 hours a day since March.
There reactions vary from “ your a lying (unt” to I did it in 10 mins … he didn’t !
Two guys both ex pro / high level amateur boxers managed it but took several attempts.
Like us, anything that helps with our mental health at the moment has to be good .
