It’s not a garmin flaw, if they don’t have the data, they don’t have the data, you need HRV, it’s not in the zwift fit file. The info is also not in training peaks, you can (probably rightly) say that the information is of little value, but you can’t say it’s anywhere else.

ah well - have to put my marathon row training on hold from this weekend - going in to hospital on Mondy next for a cardiac ablation to try and cure my persistent atrial fibrillation. I had one last year which didn’t work fully so now onto my 2nd which should provide a better outcome.
won’t be able to do much hard exercise for a few weeks after so I’ll have to delay the marathon until later in the year. bugger really as I was enjoying my rowing again.

First road bike of the year, about 1h15 pootle down and back up the Dalveen pass. As per @Midlife_Trisis pissed it down for the whole duration, unlike tho a bit on the tepid side. In fact no sooner had I arrived back and the rain turned to the white stuff…similar to covid, it needs to piss off now
1hr easy turbo at lunch, completed the Casse Plattes Zwift route as part of TDZ Stage 4. Quite a nice flat route, but wishing the graphics were better.
7km easy->hard run, got a bit too muddy and had to reverse course forgot to unpause my watch and lost ~500m of data. Travesty. Maybe 42mins. HR went all the way up to 178 rather surprisingly.

cheers. It’s a bummer as I was really getting back into rowing training and enjoying it but when cardiology called me this morning, I wasn’t going to say no. I’ve been waiting to be called for some time and never expected to hear under the current Covid situation so snapped the chance up.
Sweetspot 40 minutes up the Alpe and finally unlocked the Tron bike. Time to ride some new routes.
