Just thought Iād relay a story about last nightās run. I think I said before that I lack a lot of night experience. We were running in the dark and I could see some headtorches up ahead and thought āhey, weāre not the only nutters outā and as we got closer, I realised it was the eyes of some cows stood in a field.
They were like lasers, I fully expected to get zapped.
you should try mountain biking at night - when you come across cows shiny eyes at speed and realise youāre about to hit a tonne of muscle and bone, then your fundus does a rather large pucker!
Thatās next on the list!
9km road/trail run. 48.43 at 5.24 pace

90mins doing the Zwift High intensity recovery session. An oxymoron, if ever there was one. Basically a 2x20.
Ouch !
Do you guys have a group on strava ( or something similar)-
Possibly. Iād never know.
There is one, yes. Think itās just called tri talk.
Canāt say I ever look at the group though. Might go have a peek, see if thereās anyone else to strava stalk!
