9 mile run steady. Once around Arthur’s Seat, with an additional climb in reverse running back up the long decent. It’s such a cool place

First run in 6 weeks cause of whatever is pulling on the inside of my knee.
Osteopath this week… cause physios aren’t expensive enough.

Where’s it pulling? not a really tight hip\TFL type area is it? I often get a pulling\nipping almost on the medial ligament around the knee or below. It’s often tightness on the outside area of the leg\hip.
Pretty much naff all today, went to the gym, did a few weights, fairly light and a couple of things.
Tired today, seem to have fallen off a cliff this afternoon, could be yesterday catching up with me, and not eaten enough.
Hopefully back on it tomorrow.
I’m not sure (which sounds stupid).
I’ve had hip tightness all year… But no exercises or stretches cause any flare up.
Hamstring stretches can really trigger it. So physio originally targeted that… And it relieved pain for 5 mins.
Then next session he felt it was 2 of the muscles or tendons over the quad.
Been doing a load of legs up the wall… Which proper hurt. Even last week I couldn’t run a few steps.
Not sure how much the treadmill made a difference. But I’ll take it.
Hmm, obviously no physio but I’d definitely suggest looking at where your TFL is and trying to see if it hurts when you massage it.
It’s pretty much my start place if I get IT Band or problems across the knee area, and the quad under the TFL.
25 x 500’s off 2 minutes is a serious effort!

I did an hour in the gym. Rowing, 5k / 0.5k then weights, bridges, squats, calf raises and press ups.
Pain is on the inside tho. But I’ll poke at anything right now (so to speak )

There’s a muscle (can’t remember it’s name) that inserts on the outside of the hip and goes to the inside of the knee.
Could be the Sartorius.
Probably isn’t that, but often the problem is coming from above where the pain is, or at least it is for me.
Yeah that’s the one physio went after last time.
