Last week, staight after Roth, I was fine, this week I am shattered. Volume is right down, but fatigue is through the roof. Did a 1:32 HM yesterday, which should be relatively easy. First 17km felt fine, final 4 km felt harder than the final 4km of an Ironman
I get that, typically after an ultra. Itâs like very delayed DOMS!

Managed 3:30 pace km on my 6 intervals yesterday bar the 4th one which was right into the wind so was more like 3:45. Had to really empty the tank for the last 3 intervals. Below is from a HRM not a wrist HR.
