@Poet am hoping for sub 1h25, but just don’t know at the moment. Way I felt last week it would be a push. I have always been inconsistent, some days can pull out a reasonably decent time, other days computer says no. Going to try and get another 90km under the belt this week and then cut right back after that.
Have of course got a new pair of special shoes in the cupboard so hope that might help
@fruit_thief what correction factor is set on Runalyze? It’s set automatically but mine was set at 0.8 which resulted in a really low VO2max figure. In Runalyze my VO2 figure changes quite a bit (49 to 59)
Hand hurts, bed is more comfy than a dark walk to the pool.
Plus, work is fun.
Last project delivered about five weeks early, spinning three new ones at the moment, learning new stuff, which is engaging and an excuse to not exercise
No pressure as expected it to be crap, too much upper body muscle at the min, got in and just thought about the technique videos and just floated away, had my eyes closed for 50% of the time.
Compared to the new stuff I’m doing ( and I am crap at )it was effortless.
