Oh wait - Prince wossname! I get it.

Yes Prince NONCE

Rest day :see_no_evil:
Managed seven days of exercise, longest streak since post-Outlaw.
Just one session per day;
2 swims - 1hr 3km
3 bikes - 4.5hrs 118km
2 runs - 1hr 15mins 16km

Pretty decent that :facepunch:t3::+1:t3:
Just add in another run and another swim and job is a good ā€˜un for winter training.

I’ve not done anything since Tuesday and Trainingpeaks CTL has fallen from 94 to 83 already. Hard to watch it fall and not be able to do anything about it :weary:
Hopefully I’ll feel better next week and I can get some zwift sessions in.

Did about 90min yard work yesterday. In a bit of a funk again at the moment. We are off to my sister’s in Wales today for a couple of days, then on to Mum’s.

I have Mon-Wed off, so hopefully can put some runs together.

I don’t have ctl, tss or any other training peaks scores

But every session recently has been to exhaustion virtually.

80-20… more like 20/80.

Sooo with inspiration from Joex today was hour bike … hour run 3 min gap.

Bike was an easy even for me 172 w average, and it was freezing in the gym, building works … into 6 min kms on t mill at 1%.

Bike av hr 123… this is really really good for me
Run av hr 117… which is about what I expected to be honest at this weight.

Onwards.

Zwift meetup with my brother with EPOC workout selected. No HR data as the strap was still soaking from run.

I just can’t get into outdoor riding, I might have to set up the turbo again - have ridden 30mins in 3 weeks…

Wet.
Windy.
Cold.
Dark.

All things I can have on Zwift (sweat, fans, basement, no lights) but I chose outdoors :sob::crazy_face:

Sunday morning run- same route as previous weeks with Mrs T and before that with daughter. Just me and the dogs today. 12km 400m of vert - knocked 30 mins off the time with them and got local legend on one of the segments. A good mornings work.
