Training - What Training?!

3x1 mile reps with 2 min recovery for me last night whilst my club mates did hill reps at the end of the road I was training on.
I train 90% of the time on my own but it’s an odd situation when my club mates see me doing a run session at the same time they are out as well.

Hour bike hour run 2 min gap.

Bike 171 w but 95 rpm av hr 133

Run t mill 1% 5:40 kms, av hr 126, should have been lower but got really hot in last 15 mins.

Went to the pool.
1.5km in 30 minutes again.

Nobody there, I asked the manager if it was usually this quiet at 0615…

“Not usually, but it’s half-term. Everybody is in Abersoch”

40 min circuit

1 km run
1 km ski erg / rower

All splits 4:25.

X4. No hr but felt considerably easier today.

Then some technique work which left my skinny legs like jelly.

I think my heart is broken :broken_heart:

Also, I’m finding it harder and harder to get outside to do moderate exercise.
Working from home and my two calls per week is properly depressing me now. :sob:
