It was only going to be LO and I but Mrs FP decided last minute that she was joining. Running is the only time we all to be in same place at the same time these days. 
Finally got round to a swim.

No training but spent an hour in the garage changing a cassette on the the road wheel for the Bianchi, then gave the bike a clean off, then changed the chain, did some indexing on the basis that dropping the bike into the turbo should work a treat now, as itās Campag to Campag.

Tomorrow I head out at 6pm for 2 hours, but I eat my main meal at midday, then have a snack-oon at 4pm. Then nowt when I get back.
Totally baffles me how you can digest food so late and go back out.
Just easy bike commute today. Working lunch so no lunch run!
Overall Iāve had a really solid year of training - then combo of covid, my mum getting ill, cold weather, and training peaks expired has taken the wind out of my sails. I also feel a bit in limbo until result from hospital appointment. Once thatās done and assuming itās ok - Iām gonna get back into it 
dunno⦠always done it that wayā¦. need about 1.5hrs after a meal or so, providing I donāt eat to heavily.
On a positive note, managed a 6.5mile run without needing a
