I look at that set and am reminded that I still have a long way to go

5km run for me today and my 100th. Kids have the 'rona and I feel like I’m getting ill too. Luckily home test is negative, but I expect it’ll change soon. Dh asked if I was well enough to run today and I replied: “Don’t give a sh*t how I feel, I’ll crawl around that trail if I have to!!” Couldn’t stop at 99 runs, could I!

Awwww dude, really feel bad for you.

Suffered a bad time a couple of years ago for about 9 months.

Fingers crossed, no issues since but have made a lot of changes that will hopefully stop me suffering again
