Got my daily run up to 6km now. Have been lugging rocks about and smashing up concrete so no need for any S&C at the gym this week.

Started training for the trail race iāve got in 12 weeks, developed my annual calf strain yesterday. Havenāt bloody run since Saturday, it just randomly appeared over the afternoon!

Another short turbo session. Warm up then intervals, 1 minute on, 2 minutes off.
Feel better mentally and physically today. Had a good sleep and calf is felling a lot better today, hopefully start light running at the weekend.
Club run last night, 1.6km warm up then 10km at 5:33/km and one notable hill. I led the group back for the last 2km.
