11km at 4:29 - slow today, felt very tired, so slower than recently.
Rode the chaingang today, got dropped, well, I was on the front and missed a left turn and never got back… 75 minutes but the first 15 of so are slow with silly hills, I sit off the back of the group and still only average 200 watts, although it’s very up and down. The 60 minutes after that was 256 AP 271 NP, the last 15 I was on my own and not that motivated especially after I got very delayed at a junction and ended any hope of catching up. Managed 260w for it (low NP obviously)

@JibberJim - old derby chaingang had this 3km odd downhill section where I always used to get dropped and then spend the next 2km trying to get back onto them whilst they waited (hopefully!!!) at the only set of lights on the route

Yeah some days it’s just a struggle. I couldn’t get any flow going in my running today, everything felt stilted and hard work.
Same for me with swimming, not feeling stilted, got in and the “water feel” was ace due to it being an actual training temperature and not tepid bath water.
