The only possible way this becomes a ‘race’ and not Frodeno going for it, is if he has some kind of obligation to make it tv worthy.
I can’t see any other scenario other than Frodeno, then daylight.

Well Sanders says he will go 70.3 pace if he has to to catch Frodo on the bike so I’m pretty sure we will see them side by side on the bike one way or another, but if that is what he has to do we all know what will happen on the run and it won’t be pretty.

Great rhythm in the water but they keep cutting away. I’m counting 84spm for both.
4min gap is pretty reasonable. Nobody is holding back so far.
