Not related to TT but does anyone remember the report from (I think) Single Track of someone preparing for an operation or something and had to take something to ‘clear out’ the system?

The answer was that the OP probably had poor personal hygiene, unfavourable body habitus and bad diet IIRC. Poor guy got totally roasted but it was Ttowel’s advice about how to shower that cracked me up.
also the fact I think joined just to ask that question, then was never seen again (unsurprisingly)
