Hah, I did Norseman the year Chopsy first did it, recall he was supported by his dad (2008).

I’ve met Poet’s body double
Fairly sure I’ve met the peacock a few times and unknowingly ran almost next to him at Bushy a few years ago, and maybe before StG last year? Met chickenboy as well.
Came across TC at various races.
From the previous forum I knew a lad called Bri Dixon but can’t remember his name, don’t think he participated much but he lived local to me and I saw him and trained a few times with him.
Also met Tim the physio, endorphinjunkie?
Yeah, leahnp (absolute weapon!) Shouted at GB in London, and saw Chris at Helvellyn, obvs Matt & Jorgan from above.
And of course I was sat next to Doka’s clone earlier in the week

Wheezy is also local and met on a few occasions
Was in the same cycling club as Jim from about 2013.
Met Doonhammer, at 2020 Helvellyn and then at iMUK 22 and Wales 22/23
Been at a few of the same races as Jeff but only met briefly pre swim at Helvellyn. I think he needed a dump while Poet and myself ‘acclimatised’ to the Baltic water
Met TRO in the finish area of Staffs 22
My eldest crapped on Fatpoms driveway
Met GB on his London to Devon ride and again pre race at iM Wales 23
Mrme the last couple of years at Bolton and Tenby - the bugger always drops me on the bike

I did think about Goodwood around early October. Tbh, my fitness has been in a death spiral since June. It wound be a waste of time and money!

We definitely need another meet, as alluded to before, I vote Scotland so we can ride the NC500, swim with the monster (Tobes not Nessy) and tour distillerys and drink Whisky with @Jgav . Tobes will have to stay Teetotal or he will be fighting us all
