I’m not obsessing at all. It’s just a B race. My plan is to bring a carry out, invite you all over to my tent the night before, get you all drunk and then coast in first cycling in a pair of trainers.

Hi all. An old member of TT1 and long time reader just getting around to registering…
The reason the course changed was because of Covid. When Graeme staggered the start waves to ensure distancing it created conflict between cyclists and runners at the bottom of Spratsgate Lane / Spine Road as the field was so strung out.
The 113 was the first event to return and there was a lot of scrutiny that day.

I think that must have been either the second race post-covid or the 2021 versions. I did the race the day after btf granted licenses to return to race, and that didn’t go north up the lane from the venue. The bike course in the vicinity of the race site was all as normal.
